Rojo violeta con borde ciruela, de muy buena intensidad. Concentrado.
Almendras tostadas finas combinadas con frutas rojas pequeñas maduras.
Excelente equilibrio acidez-dulzura con gran expresión frutal madura. Taninos casi amplios, maduros y finos. La fruta se expresa en grosellas y frambuesas unidas por un fino ahumado que hacen un conjunto de muy buena expresión. Volumen medio-amplio. Aparece una leve nota terrosa con largo final.  No aparece ninguna nota de evolución a pesar de tener ocho años de vida.
De los excelentes Malbec de Cahors.

Viñedos: Causse, tierra caliza recubierta de arcilla y con abundante hierro (impresiona ver la cantidad de piedras de hierro en el suelo)  Data del período Jurásico.

Crianza: durante 18 meses en barricas de roble francés

The nose reveals elegant toasted almond aromas intertwined with ripe red berries

The palate displays outstanding harmony between acidity and fruit sweetness, delivering exceptional expression of ripe fruit. Nearly broad, ripe, finely textured tannins provide structure without sacrificing elegance. Red currants and raspberries are seamlessly woven together with a delicate smoky nuance, creating a wine of remarkable precision and refinement. Medium- to full-bodied, with a subtle earthy note emerging toward the long finish. Despite being eight years old, the wine shows virtually no signs of development.

Its outstanding value for money is truly impressive Malbec of Cahors

Vineyard: Causse, limestone soils covered by clay and rich in iron, dating back to the Jurassic period. The abundance of iron stones scattered throughout the vineyard is particularly striking.

Aging: Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels
