Tostado y especias son sus principales descriptores aromáticos. Fragante y fino.
De muy buena acidez que aporta frescura, sus taninos son amplios y finos. Tostado, habano fino que aún están por encima de las frutas que se perciben, ciruelas maduras y licor de cassis notables. Deberá continuar redondeando en botella para equilibrar ambos sabores. Muy buena fineza, con muy buen volumen y larga persistencia.

Los racimos, cosechados a mano, son colocados en rejillas de secado para luego calentarlos en un horno de ciruelas pasas durante una noche.

Deep violet-red in color with excellent intensity and concentration.

The nose is fragrant and refined, led by toasted oak and spice.

The palate is driven by vibrant acidity, bringing freshness to a wine with broad, finely textured tannins. Toasted oak and fine cigar-box tobacco still take precedence over the fruit, where ripe plums and rich cassis liqueur are clearly expressed. Additional bottle aging will allow these elements to integrate more completely. A wine of remarkable finesse, with excellent volume and a long, persistent finish.

Hand-harvested grape clusters are placed on drying racks before being warmed overnight in a prune-drying kiln, concentrating the fruit prior to vinification.
