Rojo violeta de alta intensidad y concentración.
Tostado, frutos secos y buena intensidad de frutas rojas maduras. Complejo y fino.
Casi dulce en su ingreso en boca con muy buena acidez. Taninos amplios, jóvenes y muy finos, con cierta astringencia por terminar de redondear en botella. Las grosellas se manifiestan maduras y suman frambuesas frescas, todo unido a las sensaciones de crianza, habano y frutos secos tostados muy finos que envuelven y lo hacen muy fino. Es un vino complejo, de buen volumen y larga persistencia.
De los excelentes Malbec de Cahors.

Crianza: el 80% del vino durante 18 meses en barricas de roble, 50% nuevas. El 20% restante en ánforas de 7 hl.

Deep violet-red in color with outstanding intensity and concentration.

The nose is complex and refined, offering layers of toasted oak, roasted nuts, and expressive aromas of ripe red berries.

The palate opens with an almost sweet impression, beautifully balanced by vibrant acidity. Broad, youthful, finely grained tannins still retain a slight touch of astringency and will benefit from additional bottle aging. Ripe red currants are complemented by fresh raspberries, while subtle oak-derived notes of cedar cigar box, fine tobacco, and delicately toasted nuts envelop the fruit without overshadowing it, creating a wine of remarkable harmony and finesse. Complex, full-flavored, and beautifully structured, it finishes long and persistent.

Aging: 80% of the wine aged for 18 months in oak barrels (50% new), with the remaining 20% aged in 7 hL amphorae
